QueryGPT - Put an AI data analyst in Slack so the teams who cannot write SQL stop queueing behind the ones who can. Realized the model was never the constraint, context was, so most of my time went into writing down what our metrics actually mean. Now building the in-house replacement on top of those same documents.

LetterKey - Built to help seniors understand their letters in their own languages. Learned to take a product from 0 -> 1 and pitch it on stage. Also checked off my wishlist of being covered in national newspapers, radio and TV (Mandarin interview). This mission is now continued by Empower Ageing.

Events Pipeline - Built an AI pipeline that drafts a feature's tracking spec from the PRD and the Figma design, so PMs review instead of writing from scratch. The build was the easy half. Getting every PM to change how they work was the hard half. Handed it to Product three weeks after the pilot, and the Data team is out of the release process entirely.

Note Buddy - Helped shape the early POC of SingHealth’s clinical digital scribe tool. Voice models were not that advanced then, so our biggest challenge was separating overlapping speakers who spoke a mix of Southeast Asian languages. Note Buddy is now used by thousands of healthcare staff in Singapore.

Container Load Optimizer - Solved a supply chain optimization problem in Python (without AI lol) during my internship at Procter & Gamble. Learned how to read math papers and reproduce the steps in code. Realized that I prefer a career with more human interaction (not computers), and that writing good documentation matters.
